  17. Have  you  ever  used  the  Internet?  If  so,  you've probably
  18. encountered  ZIP and other compressed files.  Are you a Windows
  19. user? If  so, PowerArchiver is the way to handle these archived
  20. files.

  22. PowerArchiver  brings  the  convenience  of Windows to the  use
  23. of many archive files. Windows 95,  98,  ME,  NT,  2000, XP and
  24. Windows  Server 2003. Some  of  PowerArchiver features include:

  26. Windows 32-bit support. PowerArchiver  includes  long  filename
  27. support   and   complete    integration   with    the   Windows
  28. 9x/NT/ME/2000/XP/2003 shell.

  30. Full  Windows  XP  support.  When  running  under  Windows  XP,
  31. PowerArchiver operates as a native Windows XP program. There is
  32. no need to set compatibility mode.

  45. operations), built-in  support  for  creating  7-ZIP, LHA, CAB,  
  46. TAR, TAR.GZ, TAR.BZ2   and  BH (BlakHole) archives and built-in
  47. support   for reading and extracting RAR (including  new RAR v3
  48. format),  ARJ,  ARC,  ACE (including new ACE v2  format),  ZOO,
  49. BZIP2, GZ and ISO archive (NO  external  programs are  required  
  50. for any operation).  Also reading   and extracting from various
  51. different SFX archives  (ZIP SFX,  CAB SFX,  RAR SFX, ARJ  SFX,
  52. ACE SFX, ARC SFX, LHA SFX) is supported.

  54. Support for the new PKZIP 4.5 format that enables you to create
  55. extra large ZIP archives  (over 4 GB). Also support for the new
  56. Deflate64 compression algorithm for better compression results.

  58. Support for creating archives with the PKZip 5.1 AES encryption 
  59. standard  and  extracting  archives   using  both PKZip 5.1 and 
  60. WinZip 9.0 AES encryption standards. All  key  sizes  (128, 192 
  61. and 256 bit) are supported.

  63. Support for   UNICODE   filenames   on   Windows  2000/XP/2003. 
  64. Open/Extract RAR and  7-ZIP  archives  with  UNICODE  filenames
